This is really an awesome navigation style that come with smooth CSS3 circle expanding, fading and menu icons transforming animation effects.
jQuery for user input events handling and CSS3 for pretty and smooth animations. If you looking for some new and fresh menu/navigation design, you can get some inspiration from this cool effect also.
Personally I quite like the circle expand animation idea and I hope you enjoy with it too. Clean and clear code and its totally free and open source.
