Formplate is a open source light weight jQuery form plugin that help you to replace all default form input design to a new and customizable design.
It can be use on text input, textarea, select, radio and checkbox. Add ‘formplate’ class to its parent container. Include jQuery, Modernizr, formplate.js and formplate.css to start the form magic.
Formplate has a cute built in color function for you to change the hover and focus states color by just adding a data attribute to form parent container (data-formplate-colour=”yellow”).
